Cancellation & Refund Policy

Current status: nothing is sold on this site today — Behtar: Prompt Improver is in free beta and Behtar Card Scanner is free to use, so there is nothing to cancel or refund yet. The first paid plan, Behtar Pro for Prompt Improver (US$4.99/month), is launching soon.
This policy applies to every paid Behtar subscription, for any Behtar product, from the moment paid plans go live. Each product's own pricing and usage limits are stated on its product page and at checkout; the cancellation and refund terms on this page are the same across all of them. Where this page mentions Behtar Pro, the same terms will apply to any future paid plan for other Behtar products unless that plan's checkout page states otherwise.
The short version
Behtar Pro is a monthly subscription — cancel anytime, no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you're charged in error or something's genuinely gone wrong, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full Pro access (up to 3,000 improvements/month, 100/day) until then, and are simply not billed again.
- After the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan (20 improvements/month) — nothing is deleted.
- To cancel, email shreyiitkgp96@gmail.com from your subscription email, or use the cancellation option in the product once subscriptions are live.
2. Refunds
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial or unused months — cancelling simply stops the next charge.
- Billing errors: if you are charged in error (duplicate charge, charged after cancelling, wrong amount), email us within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a full refund of the erroneous charge where applicable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the credit typically appears within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Delivery of service (shipping)
Behtar is a digital service — nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply. Access to the service is delivered electronically and is available immediately upon activation (and, for Pro, immediately upon successful payment once subscriptions launch).
