1. Nothing physical is shipped
Behtar provides digital software services only — the Behtar: Prompt Improver browser extension and the Behtar Card Scanner web app. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, no courier partners, and no delivery addresses.
2. How the service is delivered
- Delivery method: entirely electronic. The extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons store; the web app runs in your browser.
- Delivery timeline: access is available immediately upon activation. For the paid Behtar Pro plan (launching soon), access is upgraded immediately upon successful payment — there is no waiting period.
- Delivery confirmation: your active plan and usage are visible directly inside the extension.
3. Delivery issues
If you have paid for a subscription (once live) and your access has not upgraded within a few minutes, email shreyiitkgp96@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly. Billing errors are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
